13.04.10.11 Western Maryland College. In return for the
allowance, Western Maryland College shall fur-
nish 58 scholarships covering free tuition and
and board, for one male and one female student
from each Senatorial District of the State, and
28 scholarships covering tuition, two from each
Election District of Carroll County, as provided
by Chapter 279 of the Acts of 1890 and Article
77, Sections 255 and 256 of the 1951 Annotated
Code. This appropriation is contingent upon
the College's complying with the provisions of
Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949.
