13.04.10.04   Charlotte Hall School. In return for the allow-

ance, Charlotte Hall School shall furnish 29
scholarships, as provided by Article 77, Sections
266 and 267 of the 1951 Annotated Code, includ-
ing tuition, board and room rent. This appro-
priation is contingent upon the SchooFs comply-
ing with the provisions of Chapter 86 of the
Acts of 1949.

General Fund Appropriation..............................         27,550

13.04.10.05   Johns Hopkins University, In return for the

allowance, Johns Hopkins University shall fur-
nish 150 scholarships, as provided by Article 77,
Section 271 of the 1951 Annotated Code. This
Appropriation is contingent upon the Univer-
sity's complying with the provisions of Chapter
86 of the Acts of 1949.

General Fund Appropriation.............................. 198,750

13.04.10.06   McDonogh School for Boys. This appropriation is

contingent upon the School's complying with the
provisions of Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949.
General Fund Appropriation..............................           1,000

13.04.10.07   Maryland Institute. In return for the allowance,

Maryland Institute shall furnish scholarships in
accordance with Article 77, Section 257 of the
1951 Annotated Code. This appropriation is
contingent upon the Institute's complying with
the provisions of Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949.

General Fund Appropriation..............................         21,500

13.04.10.08   St. John's College. In return for the allowance, St.

John's College shall furnish 29 scholarships, in-
cluding tuition, board and room rent, and 26
scholarships covering tuition only, as provided
by Article 77, Sections 253 and 254 of the 1951
Annotated Code. This appropriation is contin-
gent upon the College's complying with the pro-
visions of Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949.

General Fund Appropriation..............................         75,000

.13.04.10.09 Washington College. In return for the allowance,
Washington College shall furnish 38 scholar-
ships covering free tuition, board, room rent
and textbooks, and 25 covering free tuition and
and textbooks and 50 covering free tuition, as
provided by Article 77, Sections 259-265, inclu-
sive, of the 1951 Annotated Code. This appro-
priation is contingent upon the College's comply-
ing with the provisions of Chapter 86 of the
Acts of 1949.

General Fund Appropriation..............................         95,000

13.04.10.10 West Nottingham Academy. This appropriation
is contingent upon the Academy's complying
with the provisions of Chapter 86 of the Acts of
1949.
