and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber J.W.S. No. 172, folio 192.

8.    To a confirmatory deed from Mary L. Townsend, widow, to
Most Reverend James Gibbons, Cardinal and Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore, for the time being and his successors in the
Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore, according to the discipline and gov-
ernment of the Roman Catholic Church, dated February 3, 1899, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber
N.B.M. No. 236, folio 432.

9.    To a deed from the Redemptorists to the Most Reverend
Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the
time being and his successors in the Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore,
according to the discipline and government of the Roman Catholic
Church, a corporation sole, dated January 31, 1924, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W.P.C. No.
591, folio 76.

10.    To a deed from Joseph Plumer, Theresa Plumer, his wife,
B. Wesley Gatch, Edith L. Gatch, his wife, Harry L. Gatch, Martha
M. Gatch, his wife, Arthur C. Gatch, Helen M. Gatch, his wife, T.
Ashby Gatch, Theresa Gatch, his wife, F. Talbott Gatch and Mildred
W. Gatch, his wife, to Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the time being and his suc-
cessors in the Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore, according to the
discipline and government of the Roman Catholic Church, a corpora-
tion sole, dated December 12, 1938, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber C.W.B. Jr., No, 1052, folio 122.

11.    To a deed from Wilson Townsend and Mary L. Townsend, his
wife, to the Redemptorists, dated November 19, 1869, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber E.H.A. No.
65, folio 22.

12.    To a deed dated May 3, 1935, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S.C.L. No. 5530, folio 35 in
which was granted and conveyed by Baltimore City Missionary and
Church Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church unto
the Trustees of Summerfield Methodist Episcopal Church of Calver-
ton, of Baltimore County, in fee simple, certain lots of ground more
particularly described therein.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.
