such business or industry shall be greater than Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($30,000.00) and provided such business or industry shall
give employment to twenty or more persons within Queen Anne's
County.

All property exempted under the authority of this section shall be
listed separately upon the assessment schedule filed annually with the
the State Tax Commission, or the County Commissioners of said
County, and such information concerning the same as the County
Commissioners of said County may require shall be given.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

CHAPTER 305
(Senate Bill 446)

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners of
Wicomico County to borrow upon the faith and credit of Wicomico
County the amount of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
($300,000.00) and to issue and sell coupon bonds therefor, the
proceeds thereof to be used by the Board of County Commissioners
of Wicomico County and the Board of Education of Wicomico
County for the construction, completing the construction, making
additions and improvements to and equipping school buildings in
Wicomico County, Maryland, and to authorize the levying of taxes
for the payment of the principal of said bonds and the interest
thereon; to authorize the use of the remaining proceeds of bonds
sold under the provisions of Chapter 254 of the Acts of 1953, now
in the hands of the Treasurer of Wicomico County, for the projects
and purposes set forth in this Act; to provide for the formation
of a Wicomico County School Building Commission to advise with
the County Commissioners of Wicomico County and the Board of
Education of Wicomico County regarding the expenditure of the
proceeds of the bonds hereby authorized to be sold and the carry-
ing out of the provisions of this Act; and providing that the pro-
visions of this Act shall be separable.

WHEREAS, the purposes and projects set forth in Chapter 254 of
the Acts of 1953 of the General Assembly of Maryland have been
fully and completely fulfilled and accomplished, and there remains
in the hands of the Treasurer of Wicomico County, subject to the
joint order of the County Commissioners of Wicomico County and
the Board of Education of Wicomico County, a balance of approxi-
mately One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00); and

WHEREAS, the said Boards desire to construct additional school
buildings and/or make additions to existing school buildings in
