9. (g-1). In Frederick County, the annual fee for such license shall
be Sixty-five Dollars ($65.00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public health and safety, and having been passed by a
yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add a new Section 14 (f-1) to Article 2B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Bev-
erages", sub-title "Beer and Light Wine Licenses", to follow
immediately after Section 14 (f) thereof, relating to the fee for
Class B (On Sale) Beer and Light Wine Licenses in Frederick
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Bev-
erages", sub-title "Beer and Light Wine Licenses", said new section
to be known as Section 14 (f-1) of Article 2B, to follow immediately
after Section 14 (f) thereof, and to read as follows:
14. (f-1) In Frederick County, the annual fee for such a license
shall be Eighty Dollars ($80.00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public health and safety, and having been passed by a
yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.
