I herewith return without my approval Senate Bill 459.

This bill is identical to House Bill 614, which has previously been
signed by me, and is now Chapter 385 of the Acts of 1955. Therefore,
Senate Bill 459 is vetoed.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 275 (q)
of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Revenue and Taxes", sub-title "Income Tax", re-defining the
term "employer".

AN ACT to add new Section 199A to Article 41 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Governor—Executive and
Administrative Departments", sub-title "Department of Informa-

the prohibition against dissemination of certain official information
services in this State.
