ANY PROPERTY WITHIN ANY OF SAID ADDITIONAL AREA
LYING SOUTH OF TINKERS RUN UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER AND/OR SEWER SYSTEM IS
ACTUALLY BEGUN IN SUCH TERRITORY SOUTH OF SAID
TINKERS RUN, OR AN EXTENSION IS MADE OF ANY EXIST-
ING WATER OR SEWER SYSTEM THEREIN. PROVIDED
FURTHER THAT SAID COMMISSION, BE AND IS HEREBY
DIRECTED TO DETERMINE AND ESTABLISH, ON OR BE-
FORE OCTOBER 1, 1955, A SCHEDULE FOR EXTENSION OF
FACILITIES BY SAID COMMISSION AND THE ORDER OF
PRIORITY THEREOF FOR ALL THE AREA WITHIN ITS JUR-
ISDICTION, AND SAID COMMISSION SHALL THEREAFTER
ADHERE TO AND FOLLOW SUCH SCHEDULE IN THE PRIOR-
ITY SO ESTABLISHED FOR THE EXTENSION OF ITS FACILI-
TIES AND SHALL NOT DEVIATE OR DEPART FROM SUCH
ORDER OF PRIORITY UNTIL AND UNLESS SUCH COMMIS-
SION BY RESOLUTION SHALL DETERMINE AND DECLARE
THAT, FOR THE IMMEDIATE PRESERVATION OF THE PUB-
LIC HEALTH AND SAFETY, IT IS NECESSARY TO CHANGE
THE ORDER OF PRIORITY AND DIRECT THE EXTENSION OF
SUCH FACILITIES WITHOUT REGARD TO SUCH ORDER OF
PRIORITY PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate pres-
ervation of the public health and safety, and having been passed by
a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all the members
elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 326, 327,
328 and 331 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1947 Edition),
being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Fire Companies", as said
sections were amended by Chapter 98 of the Acts of 1950 and
Chapter 240 of the Acts of 1951, increasing the appropriations
for fire companies in Anne Arundel County, SUBJECT TO A
CONDITION CONCERNING THE ADDITIONAL APPROPRIA-
TION IN THE SIXTH ELECTION DISTRICT.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 326, 327, 328 and 331 of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1947 Edition), being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
