ly 0.4 miles to where the center line of said road intersects the center
line of a private road leading to the property now or formerly owned
by Louise Wood field and the Grey Heirs; thence with the center line
of said road in a southwesterly direction approximately 1.25 miles
to the center of the county road leading from Sudley to Owensville
(West River) at a point approximately 0.55 miles northwest of
Sudley; thence with the center line of said road in a northwesterly
direction, approximately 0.2 miles to the center line of the old aban-
doned county road leading from Sudley to Mt. Zion and now running
through the farms now or formerly owned by Robert Gross, by
Elinor Hall, A. S. Seal and again Elinor Hall; thence with the center
line of said abandoned road in a southwesterly direction 1.3 miles to

mately 9.5 miles to a point in the center line of Governors Bridge
Road; thence leaving the river and running easterly with the center
line of the county road leading from Governors Bridge to Riva ap-
proximately 0.8 miles to its intersection with the road through the
Sands; thence continuing with the county road to Riva easterly, ap-
proximately 2.1 miles to the center line of the intersection with Mary-
land Route No. 424; thence still with the center line of the county road
leading to Riva in an easterly direction approximately 2.6 miles to
the center line of the intersection with the county road from Riva
to Davidsonville; thence continuing with the center line of the county
road to Riva in an easterly direction approximately l.4 miles to in-
tersect a projection of the South 74° 25' West, 232 feet line being
the southerly outline of the description contained in a deed dated
June 5, 1940 whereby the property urns conveyed by William G.
Meredith to Christena Katsereles and recorded among the Land
