From Special and Federal Funds. Authoriza-
tion is hereby granted to use Special and
Federal Funds for this purpose, in the amount
of $591,107, to be payable out of revenues
and grants which are the source of Funds
for the payment of Budget appropriations
payable out of Special and Federal Funds;
this amount being estimated and it being the
intention that the actual amount, whether
it be more or less, shall be made available in
allocating by budget amendment to the
Employees' Retirement System — Division of
Social Security.
To the Baltimore City for the State's Share of
the contributions for Baltimore City Teachers
if Social Security coverage is provided, or to
provide an amount equivalent to the cost of
any additional benefits not included in the
budget estimates submitted by the State
Superintendent of Schools, effected in lieu of
Social Security, but not to exceed the calcu-
lated cost of Social Security for City Teachers
on the same basis as afforded County Teach-
