was an inadvertent omission of an entry concerning the recording
and filing fees of stock issuance statements of corporations; and

Whereas, it is desirable to correct this omission in order that the
schedule of recording, filing and other fees of corporations may be
complete; now, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 130 (a) (1) of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Corporations", sub-title "Recording
and Filing With the State Tax Commission", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

130. (a)

(1) For each of the following papers required to be recorded, a
recording fee consisting of a minimum charge of $10 plus $2 for
each page in excess of five, except as specified herein, and the filing
or special fees, if any, enumerated herein:

Sec 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
