or annual proceeds from said funds or Bank stock as
may be necessary for such purpose, shall be equally
appropriated and applied under the directions of the
orphans' court of Calvert county, to the maintenance,
education and support of such of said children as may
be minors, during their minority, by their guardians
respectively; that is to say, until the males shall at-
tain the age of twenty-one years, and the females
shall attain the age of eighteen years.

4. AND BE IT ENACTED, That on their ar-
rival at their respective ages as aforesaid, the said
trustee shall account with and pay to them respect-
ively, their respective proportions of the monies so as
aforesaid to be invested, together with any interest
or annual proceeds of said funds or stock which may
remain in his hands, and which shall not be appropri-
ated as above-mentioned, to their maintenance, edu-

5. AND BE IT ENACTED, That it shall be
the duty of the said trustee to invest annually as
above-mentioned, in the funds or stock aforesaid,
any of the annual interest or proceeds which may re-
main in his hands alter the expenses of education,
maintenance and support of said children are defray-
ed as aforesaid under the authority of the orphans'
court aforesaid, and that he shall account with said
children for the same, and the interest or annual pro-
ceeds thereof, in the manner above-mentioned;

6. AND BE IT ENACTED, That the proceeds
of the said real estate shall revert and descend among
the legal representatives of the said John R. E. Ches-
ley, Thomas Henry Egan Chesley, James Alexan-
der Chesley, Henrietta Maria Chesley and Eloisa
Anna Victoria Chesley, in case of their deaths, or
the death of either of them, before their arrival at the
age of twenty-one years, in the same manner as the
said real estate would have reverted and descended,
provided, this Act of Assembly had not passed for
the sale thereof.

7. AND BE IT ENACTED, That in case of the
death of the said trustee, before the final completion
of his trust, the orphans' court of Calvert county,
shall have full power and authority to nominate and
appoint one or more trustee or trustees, who are
hereby invested with the full power: to carry into ef-
feet the objects and provisoes herein contained, on
giving such security for the faithful performance of
their trust, as is herein before directed to be given by
the trustee aforesaid.
