CHAPTER 152.
An act to establish and confirm the Falls Turnpike
road from the city of Baltimore to Richard Ca-
ton's Lime Kiln.

1812.

28, 1812.

WHEREAS, The president, managers and compa-
ny of the Falls turnpike Road have represented to
this General Assembly, that they have now complet-
ed the same, and have played that the said road may
be confirmed as now made, and the prayer of the
petition appearing reasonable: Therefore,

Preamble.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland,, That the said turnpike road from the
city of Baltimore to the Cross roads near Richard
Caton's Lime Kiln, be, and the same is hereby con-
firmed and established as now laid out and made.

CHAPTER 153.

Road confirm-
ed.

An act for the relief of Samuel W. Beck, of Prince
George's county.

Passed Dec.

28, 1812.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the judges of Prince George's
county court, or any one of them in the recess of
said court be, and they are hereby authorised and di-
rected to extend to Samuel W. Beck of Prince Geor-
ge's county, the benefit and relief of the act of As-
sembly passed at November session eighteen hun-
dred and five, entitled, "An act for the relief of
sundry insolvent debtors, " and the supplementary
acts thereto, without compelling the said Samuel W.
Beck to produce any evidence of his having resided
within the State of Maryland for two years last pre-
vious to his application for the benefit thereof; in the
same manner as if he had actually resided within this
State agreeably to the provisions of the said act, and
the supplementary acts thereto.

CHAPTER 154.

Benefit of the
insolvent laws
granted.


An act to authorise the Levy Court of Baltimore
county to assess and levy on the assessable pro-
perty of said county a sum of money to build a
bridge over the White Marsh Run in Baltimore
county, on the road leading from Belle Air to the
city of Baltimore.

SEC. 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the levy court of Balti-
