Circuit Court of Somerset county, certain monies
overpaid by him into the Treasury of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the treasurer, upon the warrant of
the comptroller, is hereby authorised and required to
pay to Levin Woolford, clerk of the circuit court for
Somerset county, sixteen dollars, overpaid by him into
the treasury.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

AN ACT authorising and directing the County Com-
missioners of Charles county, to examine the amount
of Taxes paid on Real Property by E. A. Neale, ad-
ministrator of James F. Neale, late of said county,
and to refund a portion thereof, if in their opinion
justice shall require it.

of Maryland, That the county commissioners of
Charles county be and they are hereby directed to ex-
amine and to ascertain the amount of land, and the
faxes due thereon, which was sold by James F. Neale,
in his life time, to Captain John W. Smoot, and wheth-
er said taxes have been charged both to the vendor
