71. An act to regulate the amount of capital upon which the an-
nual school tax shall be paid by the president and directors of the
Union Bank of Maryland.

in the case of William M. Chauvenet, against them arising un-
der the act of eighteen hundred and fifty-two, chapter three hun-
dred and thirty-seven.

for Somerset county, certain monies overpaid by him into the
Treasury of Maryland.

county, and to refund a portion thereof if in their opinion justice
