11. An act to permit Henry M. Fitzhugh, administrator de
bonis non with the will annexed of William Fitzhugh, to with-
draw from the archives of the State, all original papers connected
with the claim of the said William Fitzhugh, for compensation
for losses sustained in the revolutionary war, which were filed by
the said William Fitzhugh.

12. An act to change the name of Thomas Gary Hodges, to
Thomas Hodges Gary.

13. An act to authorise the vestry of Emmanuel Parish, Allega-
ny county, to take and hold certain real and personal property
therein mentioned.
