89. The certificate of acknowledgment shall con-
tain,

1. The name of the person making the acknowledg-
ment.

2. The official style of the officer taking the ac-
knowledgment.

3. The time when it was taken.

4. A statement, that the grantor acknowledged the
deed to be his act, or made an acknowledgment to the
like effect.

What certifi-
cate must
contain.

90. A married woman may acknowledge a deed in
the same manner as any other grantor, and without
any additional act or ceremony whatever.

Married wo-

91. Certificates of acknowledgment of a deed may
be in the following forms, or to the like effect, but it
shall not be erroneous or irregular to depart from the
letter of such forms, so long us the substance is ex-
pressed.
