AN ACT to allow the commissioners of Harford county,
to pay the sheriff of Harford county for the board of
prisoners.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the commissioners of Harford coun-
ty, be, and they are hereby authorised, to allow the
sheriff of Harford county, the sum of thirty cents per
day, for boarding each prisoner confined in the jail of
Harford county.
