holding of their annual show or fair, nor shall it be
lawful to lay out or extend the said road through the
buildings, yards or orchards of any person or persons,

without the consent of the owner or owners thereof.

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 205.

In force.

AN ACT to allow the commissioners of Harford county,
to pay the sheriff of Harford county for the board of
prisoners.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the commissioners of Harford coun-
ty, be, and they are hereby authorised, to allow the
sheriff of Harford county, the sum of thirty cents per
day, for boarding each prisoner confined in the jail of
Harford county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
