251. An act to provide for the removal of certain cases from
the Superior court of Baltimore city to the Court of Common
Pleas.

252. An act to pay to William Thompson, late sheriff of Mont-
gomery county, an amount due him for fees, by the State of
Maryland.

253. An act authorising the payment to James Fields of a sum

of money due him as interest by the State.

254. An act appropriating a sum of money to pay John M.
Davis, of Annapolis, for materials furnished and work done to the
