1852.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That each commissioner
shall be entitled to receive at the rate of two dollars per

day, for every day he shall act in the discharge of the
duties imposed on him by the provisions of this act, to
be assessed and levied by the commissioners of Frede-
rick, as other county charges are, which said sum when
levied and collected, shall be paid as other county
charges are.

CHAP. 281.
Per diem.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the inhabitants

of said district shall be, in all respects, entitled to all
the rights, liberties, and privileges, held, or to be held,
and enjoyed by the other election districts in said
county.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the dale of its passage.

CHAPTER 280.

In force.

AN ACT to authorize the conveyance to the Trus-
tees of the Franklinville Presbyterian Church in
Baltimore county.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary--
land, That the consent of the Legislature is hereby
given, that the trustees of the Franklinville Presbyte-
rian Church, of Baltimore county, may purchase and
hold a lot of ground not exceeding ten acres, for a par-
sonage.

CHAPTER 281.

Consent given.

AN ACT extending the powers of certain Commis-
sioners, appointed by an act of the General Assem-
bly, passed at December Session, eighteen hundred
and forty-nine, chapter three hundred and eighty-
eight, to create an additional Free School, in Elec-
tion District, number five, in Prince George's
county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the acts and proceedings of the
