CHAP. 160.

the second section of this act, and all writs or other
process which shall be necessary or proper to he issued,
for the enforcement or execution, by attachment or
otherwise however, of any judgment of Baltimore
county court, sitting for city business, shall be issued
out of the Superior court of Baltimore city, in like
manner, and the like proceedings shall be had thereon,
and shall be valid in law and have the same effect and
operation as if the said judgments had been rendered
in the Superior court of Baltimore city aforesaid.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, Thai all writs of scire
facias, and all other write or process, which shall have
been issued, out of either the Superior court of Balti-
more city or the court of Common Pleas, before the
passage of this act, on or for the enforcement or execu-
tion, by attachment or otherwise howsoever, of any
judgment of Baltimore county court, sitting for city
business, and every act or thing that shall have been
done, or that shall be done, on or under such writ or
process, shall be valid in law, and shall have the
same effect and operation as if Baltimore county court
had not been abolished, and such writ or process had
issued thereout, and every such act or thing had been,
done tinder or by virtue of such writ or process so is

sued out of Baltimore county court.

CHAPTER 160.

AN ACT Dispensing with ten Hoops on Barrels of
Flour brought from other States.

in this State.

Proviso.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That flour brought into this State from
other States, shall be inspected, passed, and branded
by the Inspectors of Flour, in the city of Baltimore,
in like manner with the flour made in this State, not-
withstanding the barrels from other States may not
have ten hoops on them; Provided, that they have,
at least, six broad hoops on each barrel.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from its passage.
