RESOLUTIONS,

1812.

In favor of Cor-
nelius Maiming

is hereby directed to pay to the heirs of Robert Man-
ning, the sum of one hundred and fifty-four pounds
four shillings and ten pence halfpenny, current mo.
ney, with the interest thus paid into the treasury on the
aforesaid sum; being a sum due the petitioner for a
deficiency of the lands so sold in the Beaver Dam
manor, by the commissioners of confiscated property,
as will fully appear by the auditor's certificate.

liam Richard-
son.

No. 30.

Resolved, That the Treasurer of the Western Shore
be, and he is hereby authorised and required to pay to
William Richardson, of Caroline county, the execu-
tor of the last will and testament of Henry Dickinson,
deceased, or to his order, the sum of thirty pounds five
shillings and six pence of bills of credit emitted in
June seventeen hundred and eighty, being the same
money heretofore deposited in the Eastern Shore trea-
sury by Ann Hindeman, executrix of Andrew Mein,
for the payment of a British debt, which has since been
received by the creditor, Christopher Court & Co,
merchants of London, to whom it was due by due
course of law, upon the said William Richardson giv-
ing bond with security to the state, to be approved of
by the said treasurer, to refund the aforesaid sum of mo-
ney and interest, in case a certificate shall at anytime
hereafter be produced to the treasurer, acknowledging
that on the thirteenth day of May in the year seventeen
hundred and eighty-one, Ann Hindman paid into the
treasury for Christopher Court &; Co. the sum of thirty
pounds live shillings and six pence, by virtue of an act
of assembly passed at October session seventeen hun-
dred and eighty, entitled, An act for calling out of cir-
culation the quota of this state of the bills of credit is-
sued by Congress, and the bills of credit emitted by
acts of assembly under the old government, and by
the resolves of convention.

Alexius Boone

No. 31.

Resolved, That the proceedings against Alexius
Boone and his securities, on two judgments obtained
against them OR account of a balance due lo the said
state by the said Alexius Boone as sheriff of Prince
George's county, be, and they are hereby suspended
until the first day of January eighteen hundred and
thirteen; and also, that the said Alexius Boone and
his securities be, and they are hereby released from
the payment of the nine per cent per annum of the
fifteen per cent interest, chargeable upon the principal
