CHAPTER 168,

An act for repealing the act entitled, An act to
lay out a certain road in Harford county.
|
Passed, Jan. 4,
1812.
|
WHEREAS, it hath been represented to this Gen-
eral Assembly by the petition of sundry inhabitants
of Harford county, that a road was laid out under the
directions of a law that passed at the last session of
assembly, from Clark's Ford on Deer Creek, to a road
leading from Green's mill to the Hickory tavern, that
has not as yet been opened, and that if opened, will not
be of public utility, nor useful to the neighborhood or
the land holders over which the same is laid; that all
the said land-holders except one are opposed to hav-
ing the said road opened, and have signed the said pe-
tition, praying that the said law be repealed: — There-
fore,

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the law passed at the last session of
assembly for opening a road from Clark's Ford on
Deer Creek to intersect the road leading from Green's
mill to Hickory tavern, entitled, " An act to lay
out a certain road in Harford county, " be, and the same
is hereby repealed, abrogated, annulled, and made
void,

the breed of Fish in Patuxent river.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That an act entitled, An act for the more
effectual preservation of the breed of fish in Patuxent
river, passed at November session seventeen hundred
and ninety-six, be, and the same is hereby repealed.

An act to authorise the levy court of Baltimore
county to assess and levy on the assessable pro-
perty of said county, a sum of money to build
a Bridge over the Great Falls of Gunpowder
River.
