Resolution in relation to the Nanticoke Bridge Com-
pany.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the directors of the Nanticoke Bridge Company
be and they are hereby authorised and directed to ap-
propriate to the repair of said bridge the dividends
now due to the State from said company; provided,
the private stockholders in said company appropriate
to the same purpose all the dividends which have ac-
crued to them during the period for which dividends
are now due to the State.

Resolution in relation to the postage of Members of
the Convention, to frame a new Constitution, pro-
vided one is called.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That in the event of it appearing that a majority of
the legal voters of this State are in favor of a Conven-
tion, as required by an act passed during the present
session, entitled, an act to provide for taking the sense
of the people upon the expediency of calling a Con-
vention to frame a new Constitution and Form of
Government, and provide for the election of Delegates
to such Convention, the Treasurer shall pay, on the
order of the president of such Convention, the post-
age of the Members thereof, during their session, and
such contingent expenses of the Convention as they
may adjudge proper, out of any unappropriated money
in the Treasury.
