Resolution in favor of the Page of the House of Dele-
gates.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the State pay to John Sullivan one
dollar pur day, for his services as page to the House
of Delegates.

Resolution in favor of the Chaplains to the two
Houses.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer be and he is hereby authorised and di-
rected to pay to the Reverend Mr. Brooke, Chaplain to
the House of Delegates, and to the Reverend Mr.
Nelson, Chaplain to the Senate, each the sum of one
hundred dollars, for their services the present session
of the Legislature, out of any money not otherwise
appropriated in the Treasury.

Resolution relative to the Contingent Fund.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the sum of twelve thousand dollars be and it is here-
by appropriated to defray the contingent expenses of
the State, for the years eighteen hundred and fifty,
and eighteen hundred and fifty-one, and the Trea-
surer is authorised and directed to pay, upon the or-
ders of the Executive, any sums not exceeding that
amount, out of any unappropriated money in the
Treasury.
