CHAPTER 529.
An act fur the relief of Joseph Breck.

CHAP. 530.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of insolvent debtors for the
city and county of Baltimore, be and they are hereby
directed and required to permit Joseph Breck, of the
city of Baltimore, to prefer his application for the ben-
efit of the insolvent laws of this State, notwithstanding
he may have applied within two years last past, upon
his complying with all other requisitions of the insol-
vent laws.

An act to allow Men Clary, administrator of Joseph
Everstine, deceased, late Collector of Allegany
County , further time to complete his collections.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Aden Clary, administrator of Jo-
seph Everstine, deceased, late collector of the county
and State tax for Allegany county, be and he is hereby
authorised and empowered to collect any taxes or balan-
ces of taxes now remaining due to, and uncollected by
him in said county, as administrator aforesaid, in the
same manner and with the same power and privileges
as are allowed by existing laws, in such cases made
and provided.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall con-
tinue in force until the first day of January, eighteen
hundred and fifty-two, and no longer.
