CHAP. 481.
|

SEC. 3 And be it enacted, That the decision of the
several local boards of trustees, appointed under the
provisions of this act, in relation to the appointment
and removal of the primary school teachers, shall he
final and conclusive, and no right of appeal shall be
allowed thereon.
|

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the several primary
school teachers in said county, shall be chargeable
only with such sum or sums of money, to be deducted
from their yearly compensation, as in the opinion of
said local hoards of trustees shall he sufficient to re-
pair any damage done to the school house or school
houses under the supervision of said teacher or teach-

ers; provided, that in the opinion of the said local
boards, the said damage could have been prevented
by the exercise of reasonable care and diligence upon
the part of said teacher or teachers.

Proviso.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the general board
of trustees for the primary schools of Prince George's
county, be and they are hereby authorised, in their
discretion, to draw on the school fund for said county,
for such sum or sums as in their opinion may be ne-
cessary to furnish said school houses, and to repair
such damages therein as may from time to time be

existing; provided, that if the repairs become neces-
sary under the provisions of the preceding section,
then they shall be paid for as is therein provided for.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That all acts, or parts of
acts, inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be
and the same are hereby repealed.
