An act to divorce Curtis Andrew, of Caroline County,

from his wife Mary June Andrew.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Curtis Andrew, of Caroline county, be and he is
hereby divorced from his wife, Mary Jane Andrew, a
vinculo matrimonii.

CHAPTER 460.

Divorced.

An act to enlarge the powers of the President and
Managers of the Baltimore and Frederickown
Turnpike Road, and to enlarge the powers of the
Mayor, Aldermen and Common Council of Fred-
erick, and to confirm and make valid a certain deed
and agreement herein referred to.

Mar. 8, 1850.

WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assembly,
by the memorial of the President and Managers of
the Baltimore and Fredericktown Turnpike Road,
and the Mayor, Aldermen and Common Council of
Frederick, that an enlargement of their respective
powers is necessary to enable them to make and fully
carry out certain arrangements and agreements al-
ready made, and that may hereafter be made, by and
between said corporations, in relation to that part of
said turnpike road which runs through Patrick street,
in Fredericktown, and the bridge or bridges on the
same erected; and whereas, it is also represented, that
a certain arrangement has already been entered into
by and between the said corporations, in reference to
the bridge on West Patrick street, in said town, and
a small part of said road connected with said bridge,
and a deed executed by said Turnpike Company, to
said Mayor, Aldermen and Common Council, in pur-
suance of said arrangements, and an agreement on
the part of said Mayor, Aldermen and Common Coun-
cil, inserted in said deed, binding them to the perfor-
mance of certain duties in relation to said road and
bridge, so conveyed to them — Therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the President and Managers of the
