An act to Divorce Sophia H. Perrie, of Prince
George's County, from her husband, Charles E.
Perrie.

9, 1850.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland
That Sophia H. Perrie, of Prince George's county, be
and she is hereby divorced from her husband, Charles
E. Perrie, a vinculo matrimonii.

CHAPTER 449.

Divorced.

An act to extend an act entitled, an act for the protec-
tion of Mechanics, and others, in Allegany County
passed December session, eighteen hundred and for-
ty-one, chapter Seventy-six, to Carroll County.

Passed Mar. 9,

1850.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the provisions of the act, passed at
December session, eighteen hundred and forty-one,
chapter seventy-six, and the supplements thereto, relat-
ing to the protection of mechanics and others, in Allega-
ny county, be and the same are hereby extended to
Carroll county.

ded.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from and after the first day of April next.

CHAPTER 450.

An act to Divorce Joseph Cooper, of Baltimore Coun-
ty, from his wife, Nancy Cooper.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Joseph Cooper, of Baltimore county, be and he
is hereby divorced, a vinculo matrimonii, from his wife,
Nancy Cooper.
