SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That said Henrietta
Roberts and Henry M. Robey, administrators as aforesaid,
are hereby fully authorised and empowered to appoint
one or more deputies for the purpose of carrying into ef-
fect the provisions of this act.

An act to regulate the times of meeting of the Or-
phans Court of Kent County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the times of meeting of the Or-
phans Court of Kent County, shall be the first and
third Tuesday of every month , and at no other times,
but should the public business require it, the court may
continue in session the day succeeding the first and
third Tuesday as aforesaid, and all process shall be made
returnable on those days.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this law shall go
into effect on the third Tuesday of March, eighteen hun-
dred and fifty, and all acts inconsistent with this act, be
and the same are hereby repealed.

An act for the benefit of Elijah Thompson, Trustee of
Daniel Candler, late Sheriff and Collector of Mont-
gomery County, and Lemuel C. Clements, Trustee
of Henry Lilly, late Sheriff and Collector of said

act, Elijah Thompson, trustee of Daniel Candler, late
sheriff and collector of Montgomery county, and Lemu-
el C. Clements, trustee of Henry Lilly, late sheriff and
collector of Montgomery county, or any subsequent
trustee that may be appointed, be and they are hereby
empowered to collect all fines, forfeitures, amercements,
