1849.

from the said Jaspar Yewell and wife, and Thomas
W. Yewell and wife, to the said William Wood, in
any book kept in his office as a record book for deeds
of conveyance, and that the said deed, when so re-
corded, shall be as valid to all intents and purposes
as if the same had been executed, acknowledged and
recorded according to the laws of this State.

An act to make valid a certain Deed executed by Robert
Welsh, of Ben., as Attorney of Nicholas Darnall.

Passed Mar. 7,
1850.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the deed executed by Robert Welsh, of Ben.,
as attorney of Nicholas Darnall, of the city of Phila-
delphia, on the seventh day of March, in the year
eighteen hundred and forty-eight, and recorded in
Liber J H N, folio one hundred and eighty four, for a
tract of laud supposed to contain twenty-three acres,
it being part of Portland Manor, and lying in Anne
Arundel county, be and the same is here by con firmed
and made valid in law, to convey the title to said land,
as if the power of attorney, annexed to and recorded
with said deed, bearing date the tenth day of March,
eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, from the said
Nicholas Darnall, to said Robert Welsh, of Ben., au-
thorising him to sell and convey said land in fee, had
been executed and acknowledged in due form of law.

CHAPTER 362.

Made valid.

An act to revive and continue an act entitled, an act to
incorporate the village of Greensborough.

Passed
March 7, 1850.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the act entitled, an act to incorporate the village
of Greensborough, in Caroline county, Maryland,
passed December Session, eighteen hundred and
twenty-six, chapter ninety-seven, be and the same is
hereby revived and continued in full force and that

Revived.
