An act to Divorce Emily Collins, of the City of Bal-
timore, from her husband, James C. Collins.

Divorced.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Emily Collins, of the city of Baltimore, be and
she is hereby divorced from her husband, James C. Col-
lins, a vinculo matrimonii.

ty, from his wife, Martha G. Billingslea.

Divorced.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That James Billingslea, of Harford county, be and he
is hereby divorced, a vinculo matrimonii, from his wife
Martha G. Billingslea.

An act to provide for the talcing the sense of the Peo-
ple upon the expediency of calling a Convention to
frame a new Constitution and Form of Government
for this State, and to provide for the election of De-
legates to such Convention,

taken as to the
call of a State
Convention, etc.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Mary land, That for the purpose of ascertaining the
sense of the people of this State, as to the expediency
of calling a Convention of Delegates, to be elected by
the people, to frame a new Constitution and Form of
Government, except so far as regards the rights and
relations existing between master and slave, as now
established and sanctioned by the Constitution and
Form of Government of this State, it is hereby re-
commended to the legal voters of the State, that on
the second Wednesday in May next, and at the same
places where county and city elections are now held,
that every person entitled to vote in the election of
