SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the first and sixth
sections of the act passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and forty-seven, chapter one hundred and se-
venty-two, be and the same are hereby repealed.
CHAPTER 329.

Repealed.
|
|
|
A supplement to an act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-five, chapter two hundred
and forty-five, entitled, an act to authorise the com-
missioners of Harford County, to levy a sum of mo-
ney, at their discretion, to build a bridge over Win-
ter's Run, at the Ring Factory.

WHEREAS, the levy authorised by the act to which
this is a supplement, is insufficient for the purposes of
said act — Therefore,
|
Preamble.
|
|
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Harford county, are hereby
authorised to levy on the assessable properly of said
county, an additional sum not exceeding two hundred
dollars, being in all five hundred dollars, to be expend-
ed for the purposes and under the provisions of the act
to which this is a supplement.

ty-ftve, chapter two hundred and one, entitled, an act
to establish Magistrates Courts in the several coun-
ties in this State, and to prescribe their jurisdiction,
and the supplement thereto, so far as the same relates
to Charles County.
