CHAP. 309.
Proviso.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said commis-
sioners shall cause to be made out a plat of the lot
of ground so surveyed, located and condemned, to be
lodged in the clerk's office of Dorchester comity,
there to remain in perpetual testimony of the afore-
said survey, location and condemnation.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said commis-
sioners or a majority of them, shall value and assess the0
damages sustained by any person or persons, whose
land may be affected by said survey, location or con-
demnation, and make return thereof, together with
all the necessary expenses attendant on said survey,
to the commissioners of the tax for the said county.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the commis-
sioners of the tax for Dorchester county are hereby
authorised and required to levy upon the taxable pro-
perty of said county, the amount of damages and
expenses incurred under this act, and direct the same
to be paid over to the person or persons legally and
rightfully entitled thereto.
