SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts, or parts
of acts, inconsistent with this act, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

An act to repeal an act passed at December Session,
eighteen hundred and forty-three, chapter three hun-
dred and thirty-one.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the act passed at December Ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and forty-three, chapter three
hundred and thirty-one, be and the same is hereby
repealed.

|
Revived.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the act regulating
the itinerant charges of the members of the General
Assembly of Maryland, and which was repealed by
the aforesaid act of eighteen hundred and forty-three,
chapter three hundred and thirty-one, be and the same
is hereby re-enacted and revived.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the commencement of present session.

A supplement to an act entitled, an net to incorporate
the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike Road Com-
pany.

Repealed.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the first section of an act en-
titled, an act to incorporate the Baltimore and Liberty
Turnpike Road Company, passed at December Ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and forty-three, in so far as
the same fixes the place of beginning, and defines
the extent of the said turnpike road, be and the same
is hereby repealed, and instead thereof, that the said
