CHAPTER 21.

An act for the relief of Edward F. Munnikhuysen, a
lunatic.

Trustees to
lease.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That William T. Munnikhuysen, trustee of Edward
F. Munnikhuysen, a lunatic, of Harford county, be
and he is hereby authorised and empowered to lease
the real estate, or parts thereof, of said lunatic, for
such terms, and with such provisions and powers of

renewal as he shall deem requisite and expedient; pro-
vided, that no such lease shall be valid until approved
by some one of the judges of Harford county court,
such approval to be endorsed upon, and recorded
with such lease or leases.

CHAPTER 22.

24, 1850.

Relief granted.

An act for the relief of John Kennard.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, John
Kennard, a citizen of the State of Kentucky, upon
his application to the proper authority, and his com-
pliance with all the provisions of the laws of this
State in relation to insolvent debtors, except making
proof of his residence in this State, shall be and he is
hereby declared to 'be entitled to the benefit of said
insolvent laws; and on passage of this act, it shall be
lawful for him to prefer his petition for that purpose,
and relief shall be granted him as fully and in the
same manner as if he were a citizen of the State of
Maryland, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.

An act to authorise the Commissioners of Cecil Coun-
ty to build a Bridge over Big Elk Creek, at the
Causeway near Elkton, and for other purposes.
