CHAP. 146.

said act, distributed the school fund for the said county,
for the year eighteen hundred and forty-eight, without
making the allowance required by the said act to the
said trustees; and whereas also, the said trustees em-
ployed Thomas Ashcom, junior, to teach in the English,
department of the said academy, and promised to pay
him the amount coming to the said trustees, under the
provisions of the said act — Therefore,

to pay $120.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of the school fund for Queen
Anne's county, be and they are hereby authorised and
required, before they distribute among the school dis-
tricts in the said county, the funds derived from the
State for the use of the primary schools in the said coun-
ty, for the year eighteen hundred and fifty-one, to pay
to the said Thomas Ashcom, junior, the sum of one
hundred and twenty dollars out of the said funds.

An act to allow Robert L. Morgan, late Collector of
Harford county, further time to complete his Collec-
tions.

Time extended.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the time limited by law, within which Rob-
ert L. Morgan, late collector of Harford county, should
have made his collections, be and the same is hereby
extended to the first day of August, eighteen hundred
and fifty-two.
