Resolution in favor of James G. Gregory and Company.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer pay to James G. Gregory and Com-
pany, or to their order, the sum of three thousand three
hundred and ninety-seven dollars and ninety-two cents,
with interest thereon from the ninth day of December
eighteen hundred and forty-one, out of any money in
the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

Resolution in favor of Samuel Lyday.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer refund to Samuel Lyday, of Washington
county, the sum of seven dollars and twenty-six cents,
which he paid in his own wrong.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer be and he is hereby authorised and di-
rected to pay to William Wells, of Anne Arundel county,

of her death, to Mrs. Barbara Ruark, a pensioner.
