A supplement to the act relating to the inspection of Plais-
ter of Paris and Guano, in the city of Baltimore.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the provisions of the third section of
the original act be and the same are hereby extended to
the limits of the State of Maryland.
|

|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the inspector of Guano
shall, after the passage of this act, receive seventy-five
cents for each ton of Guano he shall hereafter inspect
from the importer or consignee.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the inspector of
Plaister of Paris shall, from and after the passage of this
act, determine the quality thereof analytically.

An act entitled, an act to pay the Journal of Accounts.
WHEREAS, it appears by the journal of accounts of
this session, that there is due from this State the sum of
forty-four thousand, six hundred and four dollars and
fifty-one cents.

Preamble.
|

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Treasurer be and he is hereby authorised and
required to pay to the several persons, their executors,
administrators, assigns or orders, or to such of them as
shall apply to receive the same, the several sums of
monies allowed to them respectively as they appear to
be settled and ascertained by the said journal of accounts,
out of any money now in the Treasury subject to ap-
propriation by the General Assembly.
