An act for the relief of Thomas Dail, junior of Dor-
chester County.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Honourable Brice J. Goldsborough, be and he
is hereby appointed a special trustee to execute a deed
to Thomas Dail, junior, of Dorchester county, for a lot
or parcel of land, lying on the west side of the main
road leading from Cambridge to Castle Haven Neck,
which was purchased by the said Thomas Dail from the

late Arthur Bell; provided, that the said trustee shall be sa-
tisfied, before executing said deed, that the whole of the
purchase money bath been paid or charged on the
administration account of the said Thomas Dail, as ex-
ecutor of said Arthur Bell, and the said deed when
executed shall be acknowledged and recorded according,
to the laws of this State.

Proviso.

An act to empower the Levy Court of Frederick County,
to make appropriations for the repairs of bridges and
other public property of the county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the levy court of Frederick county be,
and they are hereby authorised and empowered, to levy
upon the assessable property in said county, such sum or
sums of money, as the court may deem sufficient, to
repair and keep in repair the bridges and other public
properly of Frederick county, and from time to time, as
such repairs way be needed, to levy such sums upon
the assessable properly in tile county as may be re-
quisite.
