A supplement to an act entitled, an act to incorporate the
Mutual Life Insurance Company of Baltimore.

SECTION 1. Re it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That so much of the third section of the act
to which this is a supplement, as provides for the time
of the general meeting of the members of the said com-
pany, be and the same is hereby altered to the third
Monday in January in each and every year, instead of
the last Monday in January.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That so much of the
fourth section of the original act as requires the direc-
tion and management of said company to be entrusted
to twenty-five members of said company, be altered so
as to enable nine members of said company to constitute
a board for its management.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That so much of the fifth
section of said original act as is inconsistent herewith, be
and the same is hereby repealed, and that any five of said
directors may constitute a quorum.

tion of the original act to which this is a supplement, be
and the same is hereby repealed.
