CHAPTER 37.
An act to extend an act entitled, an Act to incorporate the
Baltimore and Pittston Coal Company, pasted at De-
cember session eighteen hundred and twenty-eight,
chapter fjfty-seven, and the supplements thereto.
SECTION. 1. Be if enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the a»l entitled, an act to incorporate
the Baltimore and Pittston coal .company, passed at
December session eighteen hundred and twenty-eight,
chapter fifty-seven, and the supplements thereto, shall
be and they are hereby continued and extended to the
first day of January eighteen hundred and seventy-five,
and to the end of the General Assembly next there-,
after.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the right is here-
by reserved by the General Assembly of Maryland, to
after, amend or repeal this act of incorporation at its
pleasure.

An act to make valid a deed from Susan Crawford
to Peter Marker.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a deed of bargain and sale executed by Susan
Crawford to Peter Marker, on the ninth day of Sep-
tember, one thousand eight hundred and forty-five,
and the same day acknowledged before two justices of
the peace in and for Washington county, and recorded
on the twenty-second day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and forty-five, in Liber W. B. T.
number two, folio five hundred and eight, and so forth,
one of the land records of Frederick county, be and
the same is hereby made and declared to be as good
and valid in law, as if the names of the grantor and
grantee had been properly recited throughout the body
of said deed.
