ceived any part or parcel of the same, nor no one for
him, to the best of his knowledge and belief.

Chancellor to
decree sale.

An act for the relief of Alexander H. Tyson, and Re-
becca A. Tyson his wife.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall and may be lawful for the
Chancellor of this State, upon its being made to appear
to him in proof, in a proper suit to be instituted in the
Court of Chancery for that purpose, that it will he for
the benefit and advantage of all the parties interested,
that the properly mentioned and delivered in a deed
from Maty Tyson to George S. Gibson, in trust, dated
the twenty-ninth day of August, eighteen hundred
and thirty-seven, and recorded among the land records
of Baltimore county, in liber T. K., number two-hun-
dred and seventy-three, folio two-hundred and five,
and so forth, shall be sold, to decree a sale of the
same.

To order pro-
ceeds to be in-
vested.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Chancellor be
and he is hereby authorised to order and direct the pro-
ceeds of said side to he invested under and subject to
the same trusts which are set out and declared in the
said deed, in any investment in this State or in Louisi-
ana, which may be satisfactorily shewn to him in proof
to be for the interest and advantage of the parties bene-
ficially interested therein.

Preamble.

An act to allow Darius King, a free colored man, to
bring into this State, his wife and four children.
WHEREAS, it has been represented to this General
Assembly, that Darius King, a free colored man, is
desirous of removing from the city of Philadelphia to
the city of Annapolis, his wife and four children; and
