William Radcliff, Jacob Reed, J. Bowman, Henry Bless-
ing, William Wentz, Jonathan Smith, P. Ford, Jacob
Norris, J. Hagenberger, Thomas Hickman, P. Skinner,
Joseph Golden, George Pilmington, Stephen Ordner,
Robert Fish, and others, the officers and members of
Boone Division Number Thirty-three of the Sons of
Temperance of the State of Maryland, and their succes-
sors be, and they are hereby incorporated and made a
body politic and corporate by the name and number of
Boone Division Number Thirty-three of the Sons of
Temperance of the State of Maryland, and by that name,
may sue and be sued, and, hare a common seal, and the
same, at their pleasure to alter, and be entitled to use the

powers and privileges incident to such corporation.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said corporation

shall be capable in law of taking and holding real and

personal estate; also devises or bequest of any person or
persons, bodies corporate or politic, capable of making
the same, and the same at their pleasure to transfer or
dispose of in such manner as they may think proper;

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this corporation shall

or other evidence of debt, to be used as a currency.

the Legislature reserves to itself the right to alter or an-
nul this act of incorporation at pleasure.
