defendant in any action now pending, or

hereafter commenced in any county court

by filing affidavit as now required for the

removal of causes, that he cannot have

justice done, and in addition that he had

come to that belief since the issues, &c.,

to have said action removed, &c., courts

to direct removal, &c., upon parties pay-

ing costs, &c.

TRUSTEES AND RECEIVERS— The supplement

of act of 1845, ch. 166, imposing a tax

on commissions allowed to, not to ex-

tend to trustees appointed to preserve

contingent remainders, or where trus-

tee is interposed to preserve title; and

in cases where the trust is subject to dis-

position of trustee only, upon the hap-

pening of a contingency, no bond re-

quired until contingencies occur.
