NON-RESIDENTS, &c.—

Any resident of this State, prospective-

ly entitled to any remainder, etc., in

said portion of the proceeds of sales

made as aforesaid, upon the determina-

tion of the estate of infant, it shall be

lawful for said court, before giving such

order, in its discretion, to require that

guardian, or some other shall execute a

bond to the State, double the amount of

the value of such portion, with surety to

be approved by court, that said portion

shall at the determination of the estate

of such infant be forthcoming in the

county where bond is token, for the

benefit of the person entitled to such

remainder, &c., bond to be recorded in

the office of register or clerk, &c , and

any person interested, &c., to be entitled

to a copy and certificate from register,

&c., under his hand and seal ot office,

upon which an action may be maintain-

ed, &c.
