NON-RESIDENT GUARDIANS OF INFANTS

— Where infant is entitled to proceeds

or part thereof of any sales of property

made by trustee under decree of court

of chancery or county court, and said

infant, if male, is under 21 years, or if

female under 18, and not residing in

this State, nor having guardian in, but

residing in some other, and having guar-

dian in such other, qualified according

to the laws thereof, and who has given

security, etc., who has the custody of

the person of the infant, the court then

under whose decree sale has been made,

shall upon petition of guardian, setting

forth the premises, etc. accompanied by

a copy duly authenticated of the record

of his appointment and qualification, etc.,
and said court being satisfied of the

truth of the facts set forth in petition,

etc., order said trustee to pay said por-

tion, etc., to such guardian, in like man-

ner as in cases where parties and infants

are residents, etc.
