CITIZENS' BANK OF BALTIMORE— Whenever

the requisitions of the third section of

act of 1844, chapter 110, shall have

been complied with by, bank to resume

banking business when paid in, as a part

of its capital, fifty thousand dollars in

specie.

resume, president to certify the same to

treasurer, under seal of the bank, and

bank, from date of certificate, liable for

payment of school tax.
