No. 30.

Resolutions in favor of James Fortune.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the State, pay to the order of Lewis
Goottee, seventeen dollars for work done for the State.
Resolved further, That the Treasurer be in like man-
ner authorised to pay the sum of one hundred and eigh-
teen, dollars and fifty cents, to James Fortune, of the city
of Baltimore, in full of his bill for setting up grates and
fixtures in the State House.

No. 31.
Resolutions in favor of Susan Frazier.
Resoled by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer pay to Susan Frazier, or to her order, the
balance of any pension due on the books of the treasu-
ry to James Frazier, at the time of his death.
Resolved, That the pension heretofore paid by the
State to James Frazier, be continued ami paid to widow
Susan Frazier, dining her natural life.

Resolution appointing William H, Tuck, a State Direc-
tor in the Baltimore and Ohio Rail Road Company.
Resolved By the General Assembly of Maryland, Thai
William H. Tuck be, and he is hereby appointed direc-
tor on the part of the State, in the Baltimore and Ohio
Rail Road Company, in the place of Charles Sterrett
Ridgely, deceased.
