An act to repeal an act entitled, an act to provide for a
Court in Allegany County, for the transaction of busi-
ness, on the equity side of the court in said County, and
for other purposes, passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and forty-two, chapter two hundred and
sixty-six.

Repealed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the act of December session, eighteen hundred and
forty-two, chapter two hundred and sixty-six be, and the
same is hereby repealed.

An act to divorce John McNabb from his wife Henrietta
McNabb.
|
|
|
Divorced.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the marriage contract heretofore had and solemnized
between John McNabb, of the city of Baltimore, and
Henrietta McNabb, at present residing in the county of
Harford be, nnd the same is hereby declared to be hence-
forth and forever null and void, and the same parties
are hereby declared to be divorced a vinculo matrimonii.

An act entitled, an act to regulate the granting of Licenses
to retail intoxicating Liquors in Kent County.

the grand jury.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That it shall not be lawful for the clerk of Kent county
court to grant a license to any person or persons for the
sale of ardent spirits or intoxicating drinks of any kind,
unless the party applying for such licencse, together with
the usual fees, shall present nn order to said clerk, sign-
ed by the foreman of the grand jury of said county, pur-
porting their assent to the issuing of such license, ob-
tained at the term of the county court next preceding
such application.
