CHAP. 306.

it shall and may be lawful for Martha Torbert and the
Stewards of Cecil Circuit, to make a deed of a Parso-
nage House they now hold in the town of Elkton, in
Cecil county, to the trustees of Elkton church and their
successors.

Deed to be re-
corded.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That any deed or deeds
made as aforesaid, in pursuance of this act, shall be
signed, sealed and acknowledged, agreeably to law, and
recorded among the land records of Cecil county, as in
cases of other deeds of conveyance.

An act to repeal a certain act of Assembly therein men-
tioned.

Repealed.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-four, chapter two hundred
and ninety-two, entitled, an additional supplement to the
act entitled, an act for the preservation and repair of that
part of the United States road within the limits of Mary-
land be, and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts, and parts of
acts, repealed by the said act of December session, eigh-
teen hundred and forty-four, chapter two hundred and
ninety-two be, and the same are hereby revived.
